📦 1. Return / Exchange Period
• Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Customers must inform us within this period via WhatsApp or phone call before sending the item back.

🔋 2. Warranty Coverage
• All mobile batteries sold on Phonebattery.lk come with a warranty period (as mentioned on the product page).
• If a manufacturing defect is found (such as not charging or not holding power), a replacement will be provided.

❌ 3. Items Not Eligible for Return / Warranty
Warranty or returns will NOT be accepted under the following conditions:
• Physical damage, punctures, swelling, bending, or water damage
• Damage caused by improper or incorrect installation
• Warranty seal or sticker removed or damaged
• Phone motherboard / charging IC issues
• Damage caused by customer misuse or use of non-standard / high-voltage chargers

🔄 4. Replacement Process
• The product will be checked after receiving it.
• Once the issue is verified, a replacement battery will be sent.
• Return courier charges must be borne by the customer.
• Courier charges for sending the replacement will be covered by Phonebattery.lk.

💰 5. Refund Policy
• Cash refunds are not provided.
• Replacement only for eligible warranty claims.
