- Please use original charger or professional battery charger.
- Don’t place your battery near a heat source.Excessive heat can damage the phone battery,the battery could become very hot.
- Always charge the battery at near room temperature(0°-45°)
- Do not disassemble or modify the battery for any other purpose.
- Do not expose the battery to liquid or subject to strong mechanical shocks.
- Do not charge the battery more than 24 hours.

- 1. Please Note That The Quoted Prices May Change For Some Reason.
- 2. Prices displays on website (phonebattery.lk) can be changed without notice.
- 3. Your warranty period will be void due to self repair, warranty sticker removal, cracks, bending, scratches, burns, fluid damage,cracks, etc.
- 4. Battery warranty period is 4 weeks.
- 5. You will not receive the delivery fee charged in the event of a refund due to any product issue.
- 6. It may take 2-3 days for you to place an order.
- 7. Delivery fee is Rs. 500.00 (per 1 kg weight)
- 8. Delivery Cost should be borne by the customer at all times.
- 9. It is mandatory that you deposit the money in the bank and WhatsApp us the payment receipt with the order number.
- 10. Orders That Are Unpaid For 5 Days Will Automatically Get Cancelled.
- 11. Refund will not be possible in case of (but not limited to) missing box, missing instruction manual, missing parts/accessories, missing calibration certificate, damages, scratches, scuff marks on the product or broken security/warranty sticker.
- 12. All Refunds Are Processed Within 3 Working Days By phonebattery.lk.
- 13.Professional installation is highly recommended. We will not be responsible for any damages to your cellphone/mobile phone that may cause during the unprofessional changing of replacement parts.
